EONEXUS SUPPORT PVT LTD operates this website and decides how personal data submitted through it is used. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to a particular activity, we act as the data fiduciary for that data.

For any privacy question, request or complaint, email contact@eonexussupport.com. We do not operate a separate grievance mailbox at present, so this address is the single route for privacy matters.

We aim to handle personal data consistently with Indian law, in particular the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as and when the relevant provisions come into force (the Rules were notified with phased commencement, so not every substantive provision is operative yet). We also work to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules made under it, and to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable consumer rules where they are relevant to our dealings with website visitors and customers.

Where a visitor is in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction whose data protection law applies to our activities on an extraterritorial basis, we will respect additional rights that genuinely apply. That does not make any foreign regime our general governing law: we are an India-registered company and this policy is interpreted under Indian law.

Enquiry data. When you complete an enquiry form we collect your name, work email, phone number (if given), company name, country, service interest, estimated requirement, preferred contact method and the content of your message, together with your consent confirmation.

Recruitment data. If you apply for a role or send a CV, we receive the information you choose to share — your contact details, work history, qualifications and anything else in your CV or covering message.

Campaign and technical data. We record the page you enquired from and any campaign parameters (UTM values) in the link you arrived through. Our hosting and database providers process standard technical information such as IP address and request logs as part of delivering and securing the site.

We do not ask for sensitive financial, health or identity documents through this website.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare and discuss a proposal, and deliver services you engage us for; to assess job applications and manage recruitment; to keep the website and our systems secure; to understand which marketing activity produces enquiries; and to meet legal, tax or regulatory obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add enquiry contacts to unrelated marketing lists.

Website enquiry and recruitment data is provided voluntarily by you, and each enquiry form asks you to confirm your consent before submission. We use the data only for the purpose it was given for, and for closely related follow-up about that enquiry. Where we are permitted or required by law to process data for legitimate uses such as legal compliance or security, we do so on that basis. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@eonexussupport.com; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

We share personal data only where it is necessary: with the providers who host this website and store our enquiry database, with communication tools we use to reply to you, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. These providers process data on our instructions for the purposes we specify. We do not disclose enquiry or applicant data to third parties for their own marketing.

Our website and enquiry database are operated on managed cloud infrastructure. Depending on the provider's configuration, data may be stored or processed on servers outside India. Where that happens, it is done within the terms of the provider's contractual and security commitments and subject to any restrictions applicable under Indian law.

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for — dealing with your enquiry, any resulting engagement, or the recruitment process — plus any period required for legal, tax or record-keeping reasons. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. We have not fixed arbitrary retention periods; retention is reviewed against actual business and legal need.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access-controlled systems, role-based access to client and applicant data, confidentiality obligations for staff, and restricted handling in our delivery areas. No website or system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise; we do commit to acting promptly if we become aware of a security incident affecting your data.

To the extent applicable under law and as the relevant provisions come into force, you may ask us for access to a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data, ask us to erase data we no longer need, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance about how we have handled your data. Email contact@eonexussupport.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, and within any timeframe prescribed by applicable law.

This website uses browser storage to remember campaign parameters for the duration of your session so an enquiry can be attributed correctly. Any analytics or advertising cookies are only set where those tools are enabled and you have accepted them. This is a business-to-business website. Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data of children through it. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, email contact@eonexussupport.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our practices, systems or the applicable law change — including as further provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 come into effect. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
